TEAM BUILDING
Mask as a tool for Team Building Participants begin to understand Group Dynamics in a non-threatening environment through: Improvised encounters to reveal personal interplay, relationship dynamics and raise difficult, unspoken issues. Role-play of different character types, team functions, roles and influences. Storytelling to bring the group together through shared learning, either personal or company history. New scenarios can be acted out to their different conclusions, new scripts written ‘in situ’ and new bonds forged with a collective Group-Mind. Mask work allows us to promote shared responsibility, collective reflection and co-own or construct the values, norms of the organizational culture.
